Services
Everything the programme operates, in one directory. Each entry is a running service you can open now; where a sign-in is needed, the entry says so.
What you do today
Access is per tool and per project: an account for the document portal, another for the scheme database, certificates arriving as email attachments, and no way to see whether any of it is up until it fails you.
What changes
One identity spans the services, every artifact is addressable by URL, and one status page tells you what is running. The services below are everything that runs today; nothing is hidden behind a brochure. Every service page carries the same anatomy: a dated screenshot of the live surface, the concrete things you can do (each performed headlessly before it was listed, the capture its evidence), one diagram, and the entitlement row quoted from the single matrix.

One account for the whole program; member deployments federate with it instead of running their own user directories.
The studio viewer
The read-only viewer over the published SMART models: tree, canvas, code, and mapping lenses, with diff and validation.

The OIML SMART vocabularies, browsable and addressable: every term with its own URL.

The AI service
Ask questions across the OIML library; every answer cites the publications it drew from.
The SMART+ tier (roadmap)
The SMART+ services (the SMI twin, the SMI Simulation at program scale, signed measurements, continuous compliance) are the vision tier: piloted on the demo, roadmap as member-served deployments, and documented on the technology pages, the SMART Twin and the SMI Simulation. When a SMART+ service ships, it joins the directory above; until then, this directory lists only what answers live today.
