One program, seven seats. OIML SMART is not one product with one user: it is the OIML’s certification work rendered as data, and for each role in legal metrology it changes something specific. The six role pages show the acts you can perform today, each one performed and screenshotted against the live demo before it was listed; the educators page carries the classroom curriculum.

The honest questions
Is any of this live, or is it a rendering?
Live. Every capability screenshot on these pages was captured from the
running demo instance on the date the caption names, by a script
(scripts/capture-audiences.ts in this repository) that performs the
act before it photographs it. An act that cannot be performed does not
list.
Where is the line between SMART and SMART+?
SMART is what you can click today: the Recommendations as models, the platform, the CNML certificates, the public verification. SMART+ is the vision: the instrument twin, the SMI Simulation, signed measurements, continuous compliance. The vision items carry the word “roadmap” and a link to the page that tracks them; nothing future is stated as present.
We are several of these audiences at once. Where do we start?
Start with the role that hurts most this quarter. The program is one account and one login; an Issuing Authority officer and a laboratory manager in the same organization each get their own console. The demo’s personas let a presenter sit in every seat before you ask for anything.
