What you can do
Every act below was performed against the live services by the scripted capture apparatus before it was listed; each figure names its capture date and links the live surface. An act that cannot be performed does not list.
Verify any certificate by its number. The answer comes from the public register (B 18:2025 §14.8): the particulars, the classifications, the validity window, and the live revocation and suspension status from the W3C status lists, with the check’s own timestamp. The figure above is that act, performed.
Verify the certificate file itself. A certificate downloaded as a Verifiable Credential (the .vc.json file) verifies against its issuer’s DID document: the same verdict, straight from the file, no lookup needed. In the audit we downloaded the demo certificate’s VC from the applicant portal and pasted it here: the signature verified against the issuer’s did:web document and the embedded CNML passed the native check pipeline.
Browse the register. Every certificate the instance publishes, per scheme, with the export and the print view; the registered copy is the validity reference, and a presented document checks against it field by field.
Where you are designated, see the designation rendered. A Utilizer or Associate signs the Declaration the OIML-CS prescribes (PD-08). On the platform that designation is a registry fact linked to your designating member, and your personnel hold accounts against it: the identity service’s join flow knows the real member directory, and your own administrator approves each request.
Declare your Additional National Requirements as data. ANRs are declared per Recommendation and per market, moderated by the CS registry, and only an APPROVED declaration is live. Applicants targeting your market see the requirement before they apply, not in a finding after.
Ask the OIML corpus, with citations. The AI service answers questions about OIML publications with clause-level citations; if the corpus has no answer, it says so.

What this changes, and what it does not
Today the instruments your operation depends on are certified on a cycle, and between verifications you run on faith: a sticker, a date, and the hope that nothing drifted. Accepting a certificate means reading a PDF and trusting its letterhead. On the platform, acceptance becomes verification: the register answers in seconds, and the answer carries the live status. What does not change: your national requirements and your approvals remain yours; the platform informs them, it does not pre-empt them.

The honest questions
Is the public answer legally the register’s answer?
Yes. The verification reads the copy the BIML registered (B 18:2025 §14.8): the registered copy is the validity reference, and the verify page says so on its face. A mismatch between a presented document and the registered copy is exactly what the page exists to surface.
What about the instrument between verifications?
Today, honestly: the platform verifies certificates, not instruments in the field. The continuous answer (the instrument’s twin serving its governed aspects live, verdicts re-judged as evidence arrives) is the SMART+ tier and it is roadmap, labeled as such above. We will not claim it early.
Our national requirements are law. Who moderates them here?
You declare them; the CS registry moderates the declaration; only an APPROVED declaration is live. The platform never edits your requirement: it stores your verbatim text, your instrument’s clause reference, and your scheme scope, and renders them to applicants targeting your market.
We are not designated under the OIML-CS. Is any of this ours?
The public surfaces are everyone’s: verify, the register, the published Recommendations, the AI service. The designated surfaces open with a designation; your designating Member State or Corresponding Member is the path, and the entitlement row above says exactly what it opens.
