The SMI Simulation
Faithful, scriptable simulations of SMART Measuring Instruments — Simulated SMART Measuring Instrument Twins (SSTs) — so testers learn the workflow and developers integrate without hardware.
The same twin surface
An SST answers the identical GraphQL a physical SMART instrument answers: IS, HAS, DOES, with serve times and freshness rules. A client cannot tell the difference until it is told.
Realistic physics
Load cells creep and drift with temperature cycles; gas analyzers respond per channel; the environment (temperature, humidity, pressure) acts on the indication. The differences after a temperature cycle are configurable.
The console
An IOS-style terminal into the simulated world: place load 40, set the chamber to 60 °C and 100 % humidity, wait five simulated minutes, read the indication back. A test method, rehearsed.
Standalone by design
One command boots an instrument with every surface open: the twin endpoint, the world endpoint, the console, the bench. No platform checkout, no hardware, no lab.
