Considerations

Having regard to Article 21.4 of OIML B 8:2012 OIML Financial Regulations,
Noting the recommendation of the tender evaluation panel, as provided in Addendum 10.5a to the Working Document for the 57th CIML Meeting,

Appoints
Appoints L.G. Audit & Conseils as the OIML independent chartered accountant (external financial auditor) for two calendar years commencing on 1 January 2023, with the option to extend this appointment for two additional calendar years in single annual instalments, subject to satisfactory performance as evaluated at the end of each of these defined periods.
