Considerations

  • Having regard to Article XXVI (1) of OIML B 1:1968 OIML Convention,
  • Recalling Resolution 8 of the 14th OIML Conference (2012) that the classification of Member States shall be reviewed in the final year of a financial period in order to determine their respective contributory shares for the following financial period,
  • Considering the procedure for the classification of Member States as decided by the 40th CIML Meeting (2005),
