Considerations

  • Having regard to Article VIII, first and fifth paragraphs, of the Convention,
  • Noting the report on publications approved by the Committee since the 14th Conference in 2012 in Annex D,

Actions

  • Resolves
    Resolves: The OIML publications listed in the report in Annex D are hereby sanctioned. Member States are reminded of their obligation to implement OIML Recommendations as far as possible.
  • Decides
    Décide que : Les publications de l'OIML listées dans le rapport en Annexe D sont à présent sanctionnées. Il est rappelé aux États Membres qu'ils ont l'obligation de mettre en œuvre les Recommandations de l'OIML dans la mesure du possible.
