Approves the Final Draft Basic Publication OIML B xx Framework for the OIML Certification System (OIML-CS), as amended,

Instructs the BIML to continue to operate the existing Basic and MAA systems until such time as the OIML-CS becomes operational, Encourages all participants in the existing Basic and MAA systems to fulfill their obligations.
